CIHP has support and collaborative relationships with many national and international agencies including Hanoi People Committee, Ministry of Health, Vietnam Women’s Union, Vietnam Youth Union, Vietnam Red Cross, Vietnam Family Planning Association, Hanoi Medical University, Institution of Ethnic, Institution of Sociology, Ford Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, CORDAID, UNFPA, UNDP, UNDCP, UNICEF, WHO, SIDA, JICA, DFID, Pathfinder International, Danish Red Cross, Save the Children (UK, US và French), Population Development International (PDI), Population Council, World Population Foundation, John Snow Institute, Academy for Educational Development (AED), Plan Vietnam, Family Health International (FHI).

CIHP has established a good collaboration with international and national experts and developed with cooperative programmes with agencies at the central, provincial, district and commune levels.
