Introduction:
CIHP (Consultation on Investment in Health Promotion) is implementing the Rockefeller funded project "Enhancing capacity of Vietnamese researchers on publishing and dissemination of research on gender and sexuality" (Encourages), which aims to support Vietnamese researchers to produce quality research papers/articles and disseminate them effectively to researchers communicate at national and international levels.
The training course on presentation skills will be held in Vietnamese in Hanoi on November 24-26, 2006.
Objectives:
At the end of the workshop, the participants will be able:
1. To attain a good understanding on effective presentation, and skills and techniques to present research results effectively.
2. To design and deliver their presentations clearly and persuasively.
3. To discover their own strengths and weakness in presentation, as well as to develop new skills to improve their presentation.
Eligible Participants:
- Researchers and programmers who have presented or planned to present their research results at national or international conferences.
- Those who are working in the field of gender, sexuality and sexual health.
This course is free of charge and the Encourages project will provide scholarship for participants outside Hanoi.
